Using the NHS app for proof of Covid vaccinations for travel
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE FULL ONLINE ACCESS TO YOUR RECORDS VIA SYSTMONLINE - you need to login to your NHS app and go to 'records' - the app then walks you through linking your SystmOnline record with the NHS app (you will need photo ID, passport or driving licence). There is nothing we can do to help with this process.
IF YOU HAVE SYSTMONLINE BUT DO NOT HAVE FULL RECORD ACCESS - you need to login to SystmOnline via the website (not on the S1 app) and request full online access to records. This generates a task to the Practice which we will action. You can then login to your NHS app and go to 'records' - the app then walks you through linking your SystmOnline record with the app (you will need photo ID, passport or driving licence).
IF YOU DON'T CURRENTLY HAVE ACCESS TO SYSTMONLINE – Step 1: You need to come into the Practice with photo ID to request a login/account. We will issue you with a SystmOnline username and account. You will need to go home, login and change the password. Once you have done this, you need to login to SystmOnline via the website (link on our website / you can't do this step via the SystmOnline app) and request full online access to records. This generates a task to the Practice which we will action. Step 2: You then need to download the NHS app and create a login (the app walks you through this, there is nothing we can do to help). Please note you will need your NHS number to help you (you can get this from SystmOnline). Step 3: Once you have an account with the NHS app, you can login to the NHS app and go to 'records' - the app then walks you through linking your S1 record with the app (you will need photo ID, passport or driving licence).
If you don't want to use the NHS app then you'll need to call 119 and they can arrange to have written proof sent to you. Please note that this is not something the Practice can assist with so please use the 119 service (free of charge). Thank you.
