Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is known as the Upper Dales Health Watch (UDHW) and are a consultative group for Central Dales Practice, who represent the views of member parishes on health issues to the appropriate organisations. The UDHW inform member parish councils and the wider public of health related issues that are likely to have an impact on the community.

Data Protection Statement for the Upper Dales Health Watch:
The Hon. Secretary holds email addresses and phone numbers of Parish & District Councillors and Parish Representatives in order to send out invitations to meetings, minutes of meetings and other relevant information. Parish Clerks are also sent copies of agendas and minutes for information. Names of Representatives are listed on the Central Dales Practice’s website and are displayed in both surgeries. Individuals who have requested an electronic copy of the synopsis of the minutes are sent them.
